IN VIRTUE OF POWERS vested in me,
I, DAVID CLIVE CROSBIE TRENCH, Knight Commander of the Most
Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, upon whom has
been conferred the Decoration of the Military Cross, Governor and
Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same, do by these presents appoint you

an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong with
effect from 1st July 1968, during the absence from the Colony of
FUNG Hon-chu (

Order of the British Empire, Justice of the Peace,
GIVEN under my hand and the Public
