IN VIRTUE OF POWERS vested in me,
I, DAVID CLIVE CROSBIE TRENCH, Knight Commander of the Most
Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, upon whom has
been conferred the Decoration of the Military Cross, Governor and
Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same, in accordance with instructions received
from Her Majesty the Queen through the Right Honourable the Secretary
of State for Commonwealth Affairs, do by these presents reappoint you
FUNG HON-CHU (香漢柱
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice of the
Peace, to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council of Hong
Kong with effect from 1st July, 1968 until 30th June, 1970, both days
inclusive.
