WHITE Concrete constrasts with tint- ed glass beneath the serrated roof of the circular cafe and restaurant build- ing. This block covers 1,600 square
meters.
Foundations. Reinforced concrete. Prestressed concrete piles.
Framework. Reinforced concrete, with a folded plate roof fanning out from the centre.
Finishes. Floors are paved with a mixture of ceramic tiles and polished terrazzo. Tinted glass used for win- dows, doors and ventilators. Interior and exterior walls smooth plastered and painted. Roof
