Colovinyl plastic-asbestos tiles ade- quately fulfil the requirements of the present age. They are highly resistant to oils, fats, acids and many chemicals. They are supple and consequently pleasant to walk on and because of their sealed surface they are resistant to dust and dirt. Colovinyl is the ideal type of floor for offices, shops, hospi- tals, laboratories, barber-shops, kit- chens, bathrooms and halls, and like- wise for industrial spaces where a dust- free floor is required.
Colovinyl can be installed on any type of subfloor, provided our laying in- structions are observed. Special atten- tion should be given to ensuring that the correct paste is used for laying Co- lovinyl Tiles i.e. a Bitumastic Adhesive. Maintenance is easy; just an occasional swish with water and soap or synthetic cleaning agent, followed by a sparingly used application of Krommenie "Lino- glans" water-wax or any other quality product will give lasting satisfaction.

To get a perfect dust-resistant finish we recommend fitting Colovinyl in a con- cave base moulding (radius about 1") or use flat Colovinyl floor edgings so that there will be no loss of space which is, to some extent, the case when applying concave base mouldings. Colovinyl edgings are available in black and grey, length approximately 20 inches, height 3 or 4 inches.
