The central lift shaft is screened by a concrete griile behind which will be the windows; the silhouette of the grille on the windows will enhance the internal appearance of the lift lobby.

A marble facing will be used externally for the walls of the ground floor shops, while above this will be coloured facing tiles, washed granolithic and terrazzo finished fins. For such a tall building, ordinary renderings and colour-washes were considered unsuitable owing to their high maintenance costs.
