Lee Hysan Estates have prepared plans for a new block of flats to be built in the Lee Gardens area in the Causeway Bay district of Hong Kong. The building will be named Tower Court and will be 15 storeys high with a total height of 173 feet and when completed, it is expected to be the highest residential building in Hong Kong.

Tower Court will occupy а site bounded on three sides by public roads Sunning Road on the west, Hysan Avenue on the north and Peiping Road on the east-just across the road from Sunning Court and close to Embassy Court, which were both developed by the same Com- pany. The building will occupy an area of about 9,000 square feet with a volume of 800,000 cubic feet.
