'PETRUMITE' NOBEL ALKALI-RESISTING PRIMER,
Imitation Stone Paint
Whenever finishing materials of the highest quality are required, the Nobel products are usually selected because they combine fine appearance, dur- ability and economy.
The 'Dulux' Finishes, which are made on a special synthetic vehicle, have proved at least 50%-100% more durable than the old-style oil paints and 'Dulux' can be supplied in a full range of glossy and flat colours; there is also an Aluminium finish and a
wonderful non-yellowing White Enamel.
'Petrumite' is a prepared oil paint which can be applied to any surface. It looks like stone and weathers like stone.
NOBEL ALKALI-RESISTING PRIMER, KZ. 8638, is TO SEAL THE SURFACES to which it is applied and thus hold back the injurious chemical paints which are present.
NOBEL FINISHES HAVE BEEN USED EXCLUSIVELY ON THE CHINA LIGHT & POWER CO. LTD.'S NEW POWER STATION.
The Interior walls have been decorated with DULUX FLAT and EGGSHELL FINISHES and NOBEL ALKALI-RESISTING PRIMER.
The exterior walls have been IMITATION
STONE PAINT
finished with PETRUMITE over ALKALI-RESISTING
PRIMER.
The Steel Work has been finished with DULUX ALUMINIUM over NOBEL RUST INHIBITIVE PRIMER.
All Woodwork has been finished with DULUX GLOSSY FINISHES with DULUX WOOD PRIMER and VARNISH.
The Panels in the Control Room have been finished with DUCO SPRAY LACQUER.
