flat has a large sitting-room with a balcony overlooking the harbour and Victoria Park. There is also a view of the picturesque Tiger Balm Gardens. Each has also three bedrooms and a bathroom with coloured tiles and sanitary ware.
The facade comprises alternate wide strips of glazed areas between tiled fascias stretching the full frontage of the apartments. A pleasing effect has been achieved by the arrangement of the verandahs in two symmetrical tiers one on each side of the stairwell.
As is now becoming the fashion in much larger blocks, the entire ground floor has been set aside as an area for parking up to seventeen cars, instead of containing the normal apartments. Tenants may therefore remain under cover protected from all weathers when walking from their vehicles to the lift hall.
