All floors in the main rooms will be of teak parquet in attractive patterns, The flush-type doors are also of teak, while windows are provided with heavy-section steel case- ments with bronze fittings.

It is estimated that the total cost of the construction, including the cost of the land, will be about HK$4,380,000.00. This figure, if apportioned amongst the flats would work out to a cost of HK$155,000.00 for each of the ten 6-roomed flats; HK$135,000.00 each for ten of the 5-roomed flats; HK$130,000.00 for each of the other ten 5-roomed flats; and HK$180,000.00 for the 7-roomed penthouse.
Repulse Bay Mansions Ltd.. a recently formed company, are financing the project which is due to be completed within seven months.
The general contractors for the project are Grand Engineering Corporation. who are also acting as managers, The architect responsible for the design is Mr. Á. V. J. Alvares,
