A perspective of a Fifth Year thests design, by Mak Shiu Kwong, for a departmental store in the Cen- tral District. Each student in the Fifth year has taken a block" in the Central District of Hong Kong and Kowloon, and developed a scheme for a multi-storey building of a different type, with preliminary studies and investigations, working drawings and details, service diagrams, etc.
