Latest in this chain is the Robert Black Health Centre at the junction of Prince Edward and Choi Hung Road, Sun Po Kong, Kowloon.
The Centre, situated in a rapidy developing industrial and residential area, has been built on a large open site of 36 acres.
A standard building of three floors, it cost about $720,000-$300,000 of which was donated by Hong Kong philanthropist Dr. Tang Shiu Kin CBE. Honorary architect for the pro- ject was Mr. W. Szeto M.I.Č.E., M.I. Struct. E.
It is a reinforced concrete struc ture set on concrete piles with a spacious forecourt and car parking facilities.
The ground floor contains a wait- ing hall, four consulting rooms for doctors, general offices, rooms for minor operations and injections and a dispensary.
The first floor is divided into a mother and child health department and a maternity ward. The mother and child section consists of rooms for consultation, weighing, blood taking, demonstrations and offices. The maternity ward section has a ward of 24 beds, an isolation ward, delivery room, labour room, bath- room for babies, nurses' duty room, and milk kitchen.

Quarters for the medical officer, nursing sister, six nurses and the servants occupy the top floor.
The most interesting feature of the building is a roof garden on the second floor. This was made pos- sible by leaving a 50 ft. long sec- tion of the top floor open.
