Although the planning of these apartment units are very compact, there will be a feeling of spaciousness owing to the open planning which is in accordance with the latest trends in the most modern domestic designs. The build- ings will be of reinforced concrete, with steel window frames and teak parquet flooring. Water, electricity and gas will be connected to the mains. Modern bathroom and kitchen facilities are provided, while built-in closets in the Bedrooms, bookcases and screen-walls in the Living Room, cloak-closet in the Hall, buffets in the Dining Room, cup- boards in the Kitchen are some of the special built-in features, which will make furnishing of these apartments very simple and economical.
A motor road will be cut into the existing hillside to make it possible to drive right up to the front doors Ample extra parking spaces at the front of the buildings will be available for the parking of visitors' cars.

SCHEME "B"
Scheme "B" provides for fourteen apartment units, each three stories high, with a four-room apartment on each floor. These will also be provided with a garage for each apartment. These buildings will also be of reinforced con- crete, with steel window frames, parquet flooring, water, electric and gas connections, and sanitary installation similar to the other block.
The area for each of these units is approximately 4,000 square feet, including the motor-road, etc., the house itself will occupy approximately 1,800 sq.ft., and the price for one unit in this scheme, including the land and building with garages will be HK$200,000.00.

According to the Architects' calculations, it is hoped to complete construction work within six months.
Payments are to be made by instalments as follows:- 10% on signature of Agreement,
30% to be paid on starting building of the ground
floor,
30% to be paid on starting building of the first floor. 30% to be paid on delivery of house to buyer.
The owners are Messrs. Hip On Land Investment Com- pany, and the Architects responsible for the lay-out of the plans for the whole scheme are Messrs. K. Smith-Mitchell and Wong Cheuk Tong.
