Another private residence in a modified
Spanish style was recently completed in the
Peak area, this one being at 563, Middle Gap
Road on R.B.L. 424. The site being situated
оп a small spur with sides sloping steeply
from Middle Gap Road, the architect, combin- ing economy and utility, brought the founda-
tions for the main floor up to the required
level by incorporating a basement and sub-
basement floors into the building design. The
result is the inclusion of an extra guest room,
