Chief Warden with entrance from a private terrace, which will also be above the level of the Tennis Court.
At the opposite end of the building and on the first floor is located the two-roomed flat for the Assistant War- den. No kitchen is provided, as the Assistant Warden will dine with the students in the Dining Hall.
An observation lounge opening on to the roof terrace is located on the top floor, and is intended as a recrea- tion area for the resident students, A spectacular view of the harbour is ob- tained from the windows forming three sides of the room.
Kitchen, food store, laundry, ser- vants' rooms, etc., are located in the basement which links up Dining Hall and main residential block underneath the patio. At this level a large play porch and terrace overlooking the har- bour was later incorporated into the design. This terrace is accessible from the main entrance lobby.
Garages or car shelters are provided for on 1 lower level.
STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
The present design provides for the accommodation of eight-five students in 53 single rooms and 16 double rooms. Additional accommodation for 32 stu- dents can be provided in future ex- tensions at both ends of the main re- sidential block.

The Architectural Department of the Metropolitan Land Co., Ltd. pre- pared the working drawings and Mr. Y. C. Mok assisted with the design of the structure of the framework.
