The general supervision of the works was carried out thoroughly by Richard C. Lee B.A. (Uxon) who is a member of the proprietary company.
The building management on the site was mainly in the hands of C.S. Lam of Lam Woo & Co., while the oince management was handled by Hung Yick & Co.,

Windows: Western Trading Co. (Me- lean) who provided standard steel windows without sash bars.
Walls: Cement plaster with Snowcem finish on the exterior and gypsum plaster on the interior surface. White tile dados to kitchens and W.C.s. Coloured tile dado to bathrooms.
Doors: Internal doors- Walnut veneer doors to landing - Steel with cork mastic packing.
Floors: Living Rooms-1" teak parquet.
Kitchen and bathroom - mosaic.
