I. has satisfied itself, by in- spection of the manufacturer's production processes and works control and by testing products, that the product is consistently manufactured in accordance with the relev- ant Standard. It indicates not mere testing and approval of a submitted sample but continuous supervision, with unannounced visits of inspection and check-testing of sample taken on the open market."
