The building will be served by two fast lifts, the lift tower rising above the roof in the centre.
The facade of the building, which is 172 feet long by 26 feet wide, will be of hollow block construction to give maximum ventilation, light and privacy.
The hostel's foyer will be in marble with a reflecting pool and garden in front of the entrance. The library and lounge will be floored with vinyl tiles.
HALL: Will be 140 feet by 64 feet, to seat 800, and will be raised ine feet from the ground on con- crete pillars. This will enable the space below to serve as a car park for he staff and Association officials.
The hall will be 15 feet high and will have a lattice truss roof. Its acade will be of hollow block con- struction, but its side fenestrations vill be glass pannelling.

A stage for film, stage shows, lanked by dressing rooms, >ccupy one end of the hall. The entrance foyer of the hall will have plywood panelling.
This multi-purpose hall will be sed for meetings, exhibitions, in- loor games.

SWIMMING POOL: This will be 84 feet long by 42 feet wide. An attractive feature of this projects is the internal garden, court and plant- ing area and some more garden in the "square" between the hostel block and classroom building.
