Cover: Saw-toothed acoustic ceiling of the Meralco Theatre at Pasig, Philippines. The 1,080-seat theatre, equipped for confer- ences and live performances, is built as an extension to the Lopez Building 15-storey administration headquarters for the Manila Electric Co. The richly decorat- ed buildings which are linked by a services and lift tower, were designed by Jose M. Zaragoza & Associates. United Construc- tion Co. Inc. was the main contractor. Cost of construction and furnishing totalled approximately P48 million.
