In the first stage will be three floors of shops and kiosks covering al- most the whole of the site, above semi- basement parking. Included on these floors will be a department store, supermarkets, banks and coffee and snack bars. The floors will be linked by four escalators and two high-speed lifts.

A total of 208 office units and of- fice studios covering 130,000 sq. ft. will be located on the fifth to eigth floors. There will be 144 office units and, along the main frontage, 64 of- fice/studios. Each office/studio will have, in addition to an office area, staying-in facilities with an attached bathroom and kitchenette.
Luxury three-bedroom flats and studio/flat units will occupy the six floors from ninth to 14th, each floor being stepped back in hanging gardens fashion from the one below. Total privacy for the occupants of the flats will be ensured by the provision of private staircases.
The building is planned as the major shopping centre of the pre- stigious Golden Mile area. In due course it will be flanked by commer- cial buildings, luxury hotels and of fices.
