Textile factory contracts signed

Textile Alliance Ltd. has signed contracts worth HK$6.8 million for the construction of the new 370,000 sq.ft. spinning and weaving factory at Tsuen Wan, New Territories.

The company's new works are equipped with prestressing gear to enable the use of 50ft. long precast and prestressed concrete beams which will substantially reduce the number of columns re- quired and give a maximum of clear space and flexibility to the building.
