Toronto hospital contract
Laing Construction and Equipment Ltd. has won a C$30 million contract to build a 650-bed hospital in Toronto for the Mount Sinai Hospital Board. The contract covers the construction of a 16-storey block with two basement levels and a separate receiving area.

Dome-roofed town centre
A A$10 million town and community centre with a clear dome roof will be built soon on a 37- acre site at Karrinyup, Western Australia. The cen- tre, which will be air-conditioned, will go up in two stages, the first and major one to be completed in 1972.
The developer is St. Martins Properties (Aust.) Pty. Ltd., an offshoot of St. Martins Property Cor- poration of London.
