the final operation after the floor covering has been laid.
Interlocking teeth on the cover strip ensure that the top and bottom edges make close contact with the wall and the floor covering, irrespec- tive of the thickness of the covering.
At the lower edge of the cover strip a knife edge presses into the floor covering and the resulting back pressure keeps the top edge in close contact with the wall. Only the cover strip needs to be anodised which re- duces production costs.
The coving weighs about lb. per ft. The cover strip is available in a variety of colours. It extends 12 in. on to the floor, and 34 in. up the wall.
