Timber-panelled wall separates the living room from the timber-ceilinged lobby area
Each apartment opens off a com- mon lift lobby into an entrance lobby which steps down into the dining room. Except for the living room the other areas are on a common level. A low timber-panelled wall separates the living and dining areas.
The kitchen, utility, servants' bath- room and work verandah are located together at the rear of the apartment. The three bedrooms open off a com- mon lobby separated from the dining room by a door. The master bedroom has a connecting bathroom while the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom.

A refuse chute located off one of the staircases disposes of rubbish from the flats.
Flooring throughout is vinyl tiling, except for the living room which is carpeted. Bathrooms and kitchen are finished in unglazed mosaic tiles.
Grey tinted sheet glass is used generally to minimise glare and reduce solar heat. Room unit air-conditioners are provided in the three bedrooms and special attention has been given to disguise this externally in the design of the building. For tenants who prefer the living and dining rooms to be air- conditioned also an arrangement for a separate packaged a/c system can be supplied.
The tenth floor apartments which command a higher rental differ from the lower floors by the addition of a balcony opening from the living room and master bedroom. Part of each bal- cony is divided off into a decorated rock garden.
On the roof are the lift motor room for the two 12-passenger lifts, and 4,800 gallon water storage tanks which are fed from an 800 gallon low level feed tank by two automatic boos- ter pumps.
The external structural walls of the building were intended to be fair-face off-form concrete, but the original contractor was unable to achieve the required quality of finish and the walls had to be plastered over and treated with a decorative applied finish. Coral- tex, a chemically treated marble ag- gregate, was sprayed over the whole external face of the building, different colours being used to define the struc- tural components and the brick infill walls.
Timber ceilings are used in the ground floor entrance lobby, in the lobby of each flat and the bathrooms, while the lift lobbies on each floor and the manager's suite have acoustic tiled ceilings.
