The cost of construction was ap- proximately HK$193,000 for the dor-
mess
mitory and
blocks, and HK$106,000 for the chapel and for electrification.
Shiu Tai & Co. Ltd. were the main contractors for the dormitory and
mess hall blocks, stage I, while Tom Construction Co. built the chapel, stage II.
Philips (HK) Ltd. did the electrical installation and lightning protection.
