Under Other Charges Annually Recurrent the increase is attributable mainly to the increased cost of technical stores and the increased consumption of copying papers consequent on the growth of air traffic and demand for flight documents.
Under Special Expenditure $222,900 have been revoted for equipment ordered but not paid for during 1967-68. A sum of $261,391 from Subhead 20 Weather Radar and Link was paid before the end of 1966-67, this payment together with money revoted in 1968-69 is reflected in the difference between the approved and the revised estimates of Special Expenditure 1967-68.
