The remainder of the staff employed on demarcation work for the Cadastral Survey of the New Territories, formerly provided for under Public Works Non-recurrent, is now transferred to the permanent establishment.

Under Other Charges Annually Recurrent, the increase of $53,500 is mainly due to expansion of

activities.
