72.-School at Un Loong, $3,000. Work is complete. The sum is necessary

for the release of retention money.

73.-Market Reclamation-Tsun Wan, $8,000. This vote covers the cost

of a small reclamation and the construction of a market.

74.-Roads, $2,000.

General Works.

Required in connection with development at Tai Po Market and Un Loong.

75.-Drainage: (a) Traning Nullahs, $1,000. To be expended in permanent

nullah training.

(b) Miscellaneous Drainage Works, $1,000. Necessary in connection with development mainly in Tai Po Market and Un Loong Districts.

76.-Miscellaneous, $2,000. To cover expenditure on unforseen minor

works which may become necessary during the year.

77.—Water Works, $1,000. For general extension to Government mains

and service supplies required by new development.

Communications.

78-Surfacing of Lin Ma Hang--Shataukok Patrol Path, $10,000. To

provide for surfacing in ordinary macadam and tar painting.

Miscellaneous.

79.—Un Loong Nullah & Improvements, $2,000. A continuation of work commenced last year to permanently train the open ditch running alongside the market.

80.-New Telephone Switch Board for Tai Po Police Station, $3,000. The existing switchboard is defective and unreliable. The vote covers the provision of a new board.

81-Compensations and Resumptions, $3,000. For minor resumptions which become available during the year in connection with road, street or other improvements.

$2.-Road conditioning at Shataukok, $3,000. Surfacing roads in newly

developed areas.

83 Wiring of Government Buildings, $9,950. To provide for the introduction of Electric Lighting to Police Stations at Shatin, Taipo, Tsun Wan, Sheung Shui and the District Officer's Residence, Taipo
