If the Jinricksha be engaged within the City of Victoria, and be discharged outside the Western part of the City of Victoria after 9 p.m., or be discharged to the East of Bay View Police Station on the Eastern side of the City of Victoria after 9 pm., an extra half fare shall be chargeable. For 2 or 3 drivers the fare is double or treble respectively.
