Corea in pursuance of the Consular Salaries and Fees Act, 1991, the Foreign Marriages

(Consular and Marriage Fees) Order in Council, 1906.

PART I

Fees to be taken in respect of Matters in which the Interposition of a Consular Officer is required by Law.

Matter in respect of which the Fee is to be taken.

1.-For every declaration taken or recorded£ s.d. under the Merchant Shipping Acts, with a view to the registry, transfer and transmission of ships, in- terests in ships, or mortgages on ships......

2. For endorsing a memorandum of change of master upon the certificate of registry, and initial- ing his signature on agreement with crew, if re- quired

3.—For grauting a provisional certificate of re- gistry (this fee to be exclusive of fees on de- clarations)

For the inspection of the marking of a ship:--

For each visit made to the ship on the appli- cation of the owner, and for each visit made where the provisions of the Merchant Shipping Acts with respect thereto have not been complied with .0

Provided as follows :-

() The aggregate aindunt of the feesfor any such inspection shall not exceed 10s, whatever be the number of separate visits.

(6) When the marking of a ship is inspected at the same time with the inspection of light and fog signals, no separate fee shall be charged for the inspection.

9.-For the inspection of the berthing or sleeping accommodation of the crew :—

(a) The aggregate amount of the fees for any such inspection shall not exceed £1 whatever be the number of separate visits.

(6) When the accommodation is inspected at the same time with the measurement of the tonnage, no separate fee shall be charged for the inspection.

For the inspection of light and fog signals :—

For each visit made to the ship on the appli- estion of the owner, and for each visit made whore the lights or fittings are found defective.

Provided that the aggregate amount of fers for any such inspection shall not exceed £1 what- ever be the nuniber of separate visits,
