The DOCKS are fitted with every appliance in the way of Caissons, powerful Centrifugal Steam Pumps, &c., which enable them to be pumped out in three hours,
WORKSHOPS.-- The extensive workshops on the pre:nises at Kowloon, Cosmopolitan, and Aberdeen Docks possess every facility and appliance necessary for the repairs of suips and steam machinery The Engineers' shops are supplied with a large plant of the latest types of tools in the way of Lathes, Planing, Milling and Screwing Machines, Elect ic Cranes, &c., &c., and expable of executing the largest class of work with despatel. The Shipwright's Department has attached to it a Steam-Sowmill with Circular, Vertical and Band Saws, and also a complete plant of Wood-working Machinery of the most modern and improved type. The Blocksmiths' shops are equally well furnished with complete supply of powerful Steam Hammers, Cranes, &c., capable of forging stern posts aud crank and straight shafting of the largest size.
Powerful Lifting Shears with steam purchase at two of their Establishments stand on a solid granite sea wall alongside which vessels can he drawing 24 feet of water, aud take in or out boilers, a c. The sheas at Kowloon are capable of lifting 70 tons,
The Company is prepared to teuder for the construction of new vessels in either steel, fron or wood, having already built about 400 of varying sizes up to 5,000 tons ; also to excents all kin is of ship work at lower rates and with greater despatch than any establishment in the East. Every department is under the close supervision of experienced European foremen,
SHIP-YARD is fully equipped with modern plant, including hydra die flinging and bending machines, electrically driven rolls, punching, shearing, angle-bevelling, joggling and piading machines, cavable of dealing with the hea fest class of work.
BOILER-MAKERS' DEPARTMENT.–The Company, in addition to excenting repors, is prepared to tender for new boilers to steamships, for the ernstruction of which it possesses »pecial facilities, including powerful punching and shearing machines, hydraulic riveters, Ke.

GALVANIZING PLANT of the most modern type by electrical deyosit has been put up at the Kowloon Establishment which is capable of doing the largest class of work.
STORES.—The Company's Godowns contain large and well selected stocks of all material and fittings requisite in shipbuilding, engine-room'cuities, furnishing ships ani ships' stores of al descriptions supplied at tariff rates,
