I believe you have been taking up with Allied Governments the question of their paying for the repatriation of their nationals in the Far East where the se are brought back under the normal R.A.P.W.I. arrangements.

our hands two Danish members of the Hong Kong Volunteers who have been repatriated to this country as prisoners of war. We have sent them on to Denmark at the expense of the Hong Kong Government. have, however, both been accompanied by their wives and we should like to know whether the Danish Government will be responsible for the cost of repatriating these wives from this country to Denmark (I am not
