coming. What is required is an Officer with considerable
Secretariat experience. Preferably one of Assistant Chief
Secretary grade or one ready for promotion to that grade
with experience on the Financial side.. Should be grateful if temporary secondment of such officer can be considered
to cover period until some of our own Cadet Officers return to duty. Offloer without Colonial Service experience would be more of a hindrance than help as/impossible to spare time
to train new staff.
