Moro arrests

Approximately 30 renegades apprehended. anticipated. Some arrests of one month's standing but speciel investigation branch has had to be created after arrival Civil Affairs and only getting into stride now. Investigations still impeded by shortage of staff. Public co-operation beginning to improvo, meanwhile solicitors secking permission consult arrested renegades. Colonel C.A. Police considers this on dangers presentation of case to court owing possibility tampering with witnesses already sufficiently timid.
