China Vegetable Oil Corporation suggest you approach India for ground nuts as their connexions there state that Borneo and Hong Kong requirements could be met at a reasonable price from Madras district provided Government approval is obtained. It will probably be impossible owing to transport àifficulties to obtain large quantities from China.
