THE COMMITTEE took note with approval that the Air Ministry, in consultation as necessary with the Service Minis trigs, had been asked to prepare a draft reply to a telegram from C-in-C. Hong Kong giving certain details regarding airfield development in Hong Kong, and recommending that certain new constructions should be undertaken in the New Territories.
