With reference to your letter to the War Office No.F.6355/ 1147/10 of 13th September on the subject of facilities for representatives of the Clinoso Ministry of Information at Rangoon, Singapore and Hongkong, I am directed by the Socretary of State for Burma to enclose for the information of Mr. Bovin a copy of a letter which he has caused to be addressed to the Government of Burna.
