Request for captured M/T to be handed over within 30 days. With this I disagreed.

Request for Sino-British Committee to investigato food and fuel situation in Hong Kong and (landing?) areas.

Further meeting is being held 0900 hours September 2nd. I will reply as in signal 5455 and will furnish full report.
