Your 68385 (C4) TOO 211900A August. Delay in despatch

of CA Officers for Hong Kong cannot be accepted since they

must arrive Colombo in time to join convoy leaving for Hong

Kong with Commando Brigade about 28 August. Request party

be despatched Colombo immediately with highest priority.

In any case Brigadier MacDougall must be flown out at once

for discussion with Garrison Commander Designate. Signal

arrangements being made and route and aircraft by which

personnel are boing despatched.
