services in liberated China. They are
also telegraphing to Churgking names of
specialists, technicians, etc. among
internees in China whose services would
probably be available immediately on
liberation.
Meanwhile it would be most useful to
have exact requirements as suggested in
your paragraph 5. Ferhaps these could be
sent by Embassy to Foreign Office.
