With reference to Dening's telegram to Yo eig Office No.356 of the 17th Agust (copied to waldock on the 18th August), I enclose herein the draft telegra to the Commander-in-Chief British Pacific Fleet which we propose might be sent to him with reference to sacsea telegran No.0-la-C 1521-5 (paragraph 1). of the 16th August.
I am sending copies of this letter and its enclosure to Paskin at the Colonial Office and Owen Pughes, C.2.4. war Ofiice. The Colo..iaï Office may wish a separate telegram to be set regarding Wong Kniɛ.
