1. Reference your G/1733/3 (T00 141430H August), G/359 TOO 150210 Aug and G/360 TOO 151030 Aug. Units of British Fleet should reach Hongkong on August 26.

2.

If BAAG are convinced (repeat convinced) that there will be no opposition by the Japanese to BAAG's arrival in Hongkong with Medical Supplies prior to above date they are at liberty to go there provided they obtain the consent of General Wedemeyer.

3. There must be no question of attempt being made by BAG to enter Hongkong with a show of force.

4. Para 2(A) (B) (C) of G/359 is however agreed.
