Hong Kong. It is of great urgency as it may be that the only way for it to be dealt with is that

it should be raised in personal conversation with

the Americans, either between you and Byrnes or between the Prime Minister and the President, But

unfortunately I cannot get back from Bristol until Friday morning and I hear that you are planning,if

all goes well, to leave then for Potsdam. I do hope you can spare a few minutes tomorrow to let
