Dear Hollis,
In my letter to General Ismay of March 30th about General Hurley's visit I said that a separate note was being prepared about Hongkong. I now enclose a copy of this note for General Ismay's information. A copy is being sent direct to the Private Secretary at No. 10 for the Prime Minister.
