I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of Your Excellency's Note of January 11th on the subject of the Leased Territory of Kowloon, in which you inform me that the Chinese Government reserve their right to propose the matter for discussion at a later date, and to inform Your Excellency in reply that I have duly transmitted the above communication to my Government.
