Kowloon Inf. Bde. and supporting Artillery on Gindrinkers Line with one Coy Inf. on Frontier from 22 Nov. Portion Coast Arty. and A.A. at immediate and from 30 Nov. remainder at one hour. Beach defence guns at three hours. Hongkong Inf. Bde. skeleton nanned remainder at six hours. Frontier training camps cleared except that for volunteers. Volunteers not mobilised but at six hours notice.
Navy. Lyemun boom closed. North shore boom being laid.. Navigation lights except gap rock doused. British ships being unloaded of any foodstuffs. Question of siege rationing of services and civil populace now under consideration Local Frontier situation normal.
