Concentration of approximately one division has been

taking place in Bocca Tigris Namtao area for at least ten

days but no identifications received here. Assume you are

doing your best through your own sources and not relying

solely on S. I. 3. to whom I have already made strong

representations here. Standard required is that you should

know name of every commander of major unit within 48 hours

of landing and no effort must be spared to reach and maintain

this standard. Information also urgently required of point

of origin of fresh troops. Would welcome your opinions or

recommendations by safe means regarding possibilities of

improvement.
