Bregards they ordinance, the only details we have are contained in t'kg tel. 641 of 15 hoctober (F4882/177/10) repeated to Chungung - the text of the Дже bill has not been received here. The fees have been reduced in two items by about 50% & the Chinese members of the H Kg Legislative Council accepted the schedule with this amendment (HiKg tel. 769 of 29th November).
