Entry of Chinese into Hong Kong

In conversation with Mr. Butler, the Chinese Ambassador was told that the present regulations about the passage of Chinese persons in and out of Hong Kong must stand, and that the conditions of issuing of permits of entry would be enquired into. Mr. Butler reassured Dr. Quo that distinguished persons would be allowed special facilities to enter Hong Kong.
