After promulgation of these Regulations, no further application may be filed with the Ministry of Finance for permission to ship to the interior articles which were on the way of shipment before the en- forcement of the Law Governing Prohibition of importation of goods.
Articles which are subject to the restriction but have been per- mitted by the Ministry of Finance to be shipped to the interior shall be transported into the Interior within one month after the enforcement of these Regulations after which no importation of these goods shall be allowed.
9. The date of enforcement of these regulations shall be fixed by an
order.

LIST OF ARTICLES.
(The classification of goods shown in this List is
arranged as per the Tariff schedule re prohibition against the importation of goods enacted on July 1st 1939, and based on the records of the Ministry of Finance).
The under-mentioned articles shall be stopped from sale after the lapse of three months from July 1st 1940.

Cigarettes manufactured in Shanghai and Hongkong (various brands of cigarettes coming under the ban of importation by the Ministry of Finance, list attached).

fectionery, raisins, and currents, fruits, jams and jellies, lard, macaroni, soy, birds' nests, sauce, condiment, cinnamon powder, Chilean powder, cloves, curry paste, curry powder, curry oil, tomato sauce, tomato vinegar, mustard, spices, sausages, saccharine, tea.
5. Foreign awabi, bicho de mer, mussell muscle, fish boneless, cuttle,
salmon salted, sharks' fins.
6. Foreign manicure sets and parts thereof, pencil with pipes for
holding perfume, various kinds of perfume sprays, hair-ironing and curling apparatus, soap boxes and toilet equipment in cases.

Tobacconists' sundries Foreign tobacco pipe, tobacco bag, cigarette mouth-piece, automatic pencil with cigarette mouth-piece,
cigarette case, automatic lighter, various kinds of cigarette trays with match stand and tobacco equipments in sets.
Foreign toys, airpguns, balloons, rubber balls, opera glass, dolls, bells, toys with springs, three wheeled car for baby, playing-cards in complete sets.
