Infringement of Hong Kong territory by Japanese aircraft.

Transmits copy Hong Kong telegram No. 137 of 30th April repeating telegram to Canton No. 52 (repeated Shanghai Embassy No. 57, Tokyo No. 42). H.M.S. "Cicala" reports seeing three Japanese military aeroplanes flying over Deep Bay on 29th April. Two other such infringements occurred on 23rd April and on 25th April. Governor asks that request be addressed in Registry 3rd May, 1939. to Japanese authorities to take steps to prevent

these mistakes.
